THE HISTORY OF PGA

pga (people´s global action) was founded in 1998. the idea of a
world wide acting network which stands up against neoliberalism, was created by the Zapatist movement in Chiapas. with the successful blockade against the worldbank summit ´99 in Seattle, pga made it´s way on the public agenda. in 2004 pga mobilized against the wto-summit in Geneva
