From the call to participate: What is happening in the former potash mine Asse II [brine flooding in on nuclear waste] has shaken awake many people in the Braunschweig region: it must not be allowed to handle nuclear waste this way - not in Asse, nor in Morsleben [a former iron ore mine which is collapsing one nuclear waste stored in it], Gorleben (now temporary waste dump, most likely to become permanent dump in a salt mine dug for the purpose) or Schacht KONRAD!!![dump to be established in Salzgitter in a former mine].
