30.03.2006, Bogotá - Ivan Cepeda Varga, human rights activist and author answers the question, why social movements in Colombia speak of state terrorism when describing the political situation. Sepeda is the son of a member of Parliament from the Union Patriotica who was murdered in 1994. The Colombian state tries to appear in a democratic light but it acts very repressive on a broad scale with military force, he explains.
